Fayla's Fabulous Food Calendar

Salisbury Steak

1 ½ lb. ground beef
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
¼ cup chopped onion
Salt and Pepper
2 cans Franco-American Gravy

Mix together all ingredients. Shape into oblong patties, brown in a skillet. Add gravy, cover and simmer for 20 minutes until steaks are done.
