Meat Loaf

Preheat oven to 350.
3 lbs. hamburger
1 c. crackers
1 c. oatmeal
3 eggs
2 t. chili powder
2 t. salt
1/2 pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped onion

Sauce:
2 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar
2 t. liquid smoke
1/2 t. garlic powder

Pour the sauce over the top of the meatloaf. This is SO YUMMY!!!
Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
