Meatloaf


Meat Mixture:

3 lbs. hamburger
1 c. crackers, I like to use Garlic & Herb Ritz
1 c. oatmeal
3 eggs
2 t. chili powder
2 t. salt
1/2 pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped onion



Sauce for the top:

2 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar
2 t. liquid smoke

1/2 t. garlic powder

Directions

Mix all the meat mixture ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to a baking dish.

Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over the meat mixture.

This is the BEST meatloaf I have EVER had, DELICIOUS!!

Bake at 350 / 1 hr.
